摘要
改革开放40年来,我国中等职业教育政策的演变不同时期呈现不同的特征。在政策驱动下,中等职业教育的发展成果颇丰,中等职业教育在校生规模、学校规模得以扩大,中等职业教育教师数量不断增加、质量得到提高,国家对中等职业教育的经费投入逐步加大。通过对改革开放40年来中等职业教育政策的发展变化与成果进行回顾和探析,探索适合的改革措施助力我国中等职业教育长期健康的发展。
In the past 40 years of reform and opening-up, the evolution of China’s secondary vocational education policy has presented different characteristics in different periods. Driven by policy, the development of secondary vocational education has achieved great results. Both the number of secondary vocational students and the scale of secondary vocational schools have expanded. The number of teachers in secondary vocational education has continuously increased and the quality of teachers has also improved. The government’s investment in secondary vocational education has gradually increased. Reviewing and analyzing the development and achievement of the secondary vocational education policy in the past 40 years’ reform and opening-up is conductive to exploring suitable reform measures which promote the long-term healthy development of secondary vocational education in China.
