摘要
改革开放40年来,北京市职业教育不断发展,其中师资队伍建设经过不同历史时期的一系列制度改革和发展创新,在教师管理制度、培养培训体系、队伍规模结构、师德素养、双师水平、国际化发展等方面均得到提升。
During the 40-year Reform and Opening up, constant changes have been made in Beijing vocational education.Meanwhile,the teaching staff construction has gone through a series of reforms and innovations in varied historical period, which is characterized by enhancements on teacher management regulations, education and training system,team scale and structure, teacher moral level, Double-Qualified teacher qualifications, internationalized development,etc. The article attempts to outline the historical context by focusing on the 40-year achievements of teaching staff construction in Beijing vocational education and make future prospects.
