Research on Crisis Management of Vocational Schools in China:Retrospect and Prospect

职业学校是危机多发机构,危机管理是职业学校管理的一个重要环节。文章对我国职业学校危机管理的研究现状进行分析,发现目前的研究正在从自然灾害、政治等领域的问题向着职业学校自身的特殊性危机问题发展,但研究依旧处于边缘地位。在此基础上,重新解读职业学校危机管理的内涵和分类,梳理危机发生前后的管理阶段及各阶段应用策略,结合目前的研究现状及社会发展动态,提出了细化研究对象、加强学科互动、把握职教特色和结合技术发展等几个方面的未来研究方向。

Vocational schools are institutions where crises often arise. Thus crises management is a significant part of the management of vocational schools. This essay analyzes the existing research on vocational schools crises management. The result shows that present research focus is on shifting from political and natural disasters to the unique crisis of vocational school itself.However, research is still on the edge. Based on that, this essay reinterprets the connotation and classification of vocational school crises management. Meanwhile, it teases application strategy for each stage before and after the crises. With the analysis of current research situation and social development trends, it presents several future research areas which involve specific research object, strengthening scientific interaction, identifying the characteristics of vocational education and combining technology development.
