中职生自我效能感对成就动机的影响:领悟社会支持的中介效应 被引量:6

The Influence of Secondary Vocational Students' Self-efficacy on Achievement Motivation:the Mediating Effect of Perceived Social Support

摘要 探讨领悟社会支持在中职生自我效能感和成就动机之间的中介作用。通过整群抽样的方法对中职生发放一般自我效能感问卷(GSES)、领悟社会支持问卷(PSSS)和成就动机问卷(AMS)进行施测。得出中职生的成就动机与自我效能感两两之间均呈显著正相关;领悟社会支持在自我效能感和成就动机之间存在部分中介效应;分析发现,家庭支持在自我效能感和避免失败动机之间起中介效应。结论为自我效能感、领悟社会支持和成就动机之间关系密切;自我效能感会通过家庭支持进一步促进中职生避免失败的动机。 In order to explore the mediating effect of perceived social support in self-efficacy and achievement motivation of secondary vocational students, the methods were used: extract234 secondary vocational students by cluster sampling, and students are asked to fill out the General Self-efficacy Scale, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support and Achievement Motive Scale. The result showed that:(1) there were significant positive correlations between achievement motivation and self-efficacy(t=0.59,p <0.01)and perceived social support(t =0.28,p <0.01)among secondary vocational school students, among which, only the motivation to avoid failure was negatively correlated with self-efficacy(t=-0.28,p<0.01)and perceived social support(t=-0.23,p<0.01);(2) perceived social support had partial mediating effects between self-efficacy and achievement motivation(t=7.85,p<0.01). Further analysis showed that family support played an mediating effect between self-efficacy and failure avoidance motivation(t=-2.58,p<0.01).The conclusion can be drawn that self-efficacy, perceived social support and achievement motivation are closely related, and self-efficacy can further promote secondary vocational students’ avoiding failure motivation through family support.
