摘要
企业承担举办职业教育的主体责任,是建立现代职业教育体系的必然要求。本研究以解决企业举办职业教育的"身份困境"、"资金困境"和"模式困境"为出发点,以德胜—鲁班(休宁)木工学校作为典型案例,深入探究其办学理念、招生方式、教学体系等方面的成功经验,剖析企业主体举办职业教育的优势与可行性,并进一步提出以国家政策为依托,有效整合社会资源;精准定位企业职业教育;紧贴行业、企业特点,探索个性化办学模式等建议措施,以期为其他企业举办职业教育提供可借鉴的范例。
It is an inevitable requirement for enterprises to assume the main responsibility for holding vocational education and establish a modern vocational education system.This study aims to solve the problems of enterprises holding vocational education'identity dilemma','financial dilemma'and'model dilemma'.Tecsun-Luban(Xiuning)Carpentry School is used as a typical case to further explore its philosophy of running schools,recruiting students and the successful experience in the teaching system,and analyzing the feasibility and advantages of the main body of the enterprise education.It is proposed that vocational schools should rely on the national policy,effectively integrate the social resources,position precision vocational education,follow the characteristics of industry and enterprise,and explore special school-running mode.In hope of providing reference for other enterprises that run vocational education.
