欠发达地区企业参与职业教育的意愿、动因及影响因素研究

Empirical Research on the Willingness, Motivation and Influencing Factors of Enterprises Participating in Vocational Education in Less Developed Areas

以经济欠发达地区江西省的70家企业为样本,运用问卷调查法、访谈法对企业参与职业教育办学的意愿程度、动因及影响因素进行调查与分析。调查研究结果表明,欠发达地区企业参与职业教育的意愿较为强烈,其参与校企合作主要基于企业人才需求动因,而对企业自身利益受损的担忧及相关政策制度的缺失也是影响欠发达地区企业参与职业教育办学的两大主要因素。

Taking 70 enterprises in Jiangxi Province as samples,this paper investigates and analyzes the willingness,motivation and influencing factors of enterprises participating in vocational education by questionnaire and interview.The study shows that enterprises in less developed areas have strong willingness to participate in vocational education,and their participation in school-enterprise cooperation is mainly based on the motivation of demand of talents.The worries about the loss of enterprises’own interests and the absence of relevant policies and systems are the two main factors affecting enterprises in less developed areas in participating in vocational education.
