摘要 我国高职院校的培养目标发展到今天,还面临着两个方面的困境:从价值层面看,培养目标的定位存在困境;从实践层面看,培养目标的实现存在困境。对此,高职院校应该将其培养目标定位转变为重视学生的复合技术、职业素养、合作创造,并通过完善培养目标、培训师资队伍、丰富教育资源等策略,保障其培养目标的有效实现。 Today,the training goals of higher vocational colleges in China are still faced with two dilemmas:from the value perspective,there are difficulties in the orientation of the training goals;from the practical level,there are difficulties in the realization of training goals.In this regard,higher vocational colleges should change their orientation of training goals to emphasize students’compound technology,professional literacy,and cooperative creation,and ensure the effective realization of their training goals through improving training goals,training teachers,and enriching educational resources.
