高等职业院校探索混合所有制是大势所趋,亦是高等职业教育进一步深化改革的重要方向。文章通过对其内涵与外延、现状与问题等进行分析,探索创新高职院校混合所有制办学的路径,目的在于实现投资主体多元、社会资源整合、校企双赢的良好局面。

It is a general trend for higher vocational colleges to explore'mixed ownership',which is also an important direction for deepening the reform of higher vocational education in the future.Through the analysis of its connotation and extension,current situation and problems,this paper explores the way to innovate'mixed ownership'in higher vocational colleges,aiming at realizing a good situation of diversified investment subjects,integration of social resources and win-win situation between schools and enterprises.
