Singapore’s SkillsFuture is a skills training campaign,with a number of projects as the implementation carrier,aimed at helping every Singaporean citizen master skills.The fund source of Skills Future is government investment supplemented by social fund raising.The participating organizations are diversified and the division of labor is clear.The implementation is oriented to the whole people,and the project design varies from person to person.Moreover,special attention is paid to supporting emerging industries.The campaign can provide a reference for the realization of lifelong skills learning for all the people in our country.
