摘要
股份制合作共建生产性实训基地是实现高职教育'校企合作、产教融合'的有效途径。在阐释了生产性实训基地股份制合作的组织形式、构成要素、实现形式的基础上,根据基地具有的实现经济效益和育人效益的双重属性,分析了'生产为用、育人为本、科研为功'的一体化功能结构。为保证基地的功能实现和持续发展,从系统论和制度经济学的角度探究了构建企业化管理体制、结构化制度体系和市场化运行机制。
Joint-stock cooperation and joint construction of productive training bases is an effective way to achieve'school-enterprise cooperation,integration of industry and education'in higher vocational education.On the basis of explaining the organizational form,constituent elements and realization forms of the joint-stock cooperation of productive training bases,according to the dual attributes of realizing economic benefits and educating people’s benefits,the paper analyzes the integrated functional structure of'production for use,education for people'.In order to ensure the function realization and sustainable development of the base,the system mechanism of constructing the enterprise management system,the structured system and the market-oriented operation mechanism is explored from the perspective of system theory and institutional economics.
