论人工智能时代职业教育教师教学能力的发展 被引量:9

On the Development of Vocational Teachers’ Teaching Ability in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

摘要 当前,世界各国以颁布政策文件的形式抢占人工智能发展的战略高地,我国于2017年颁布《新一代人工智能发展规划》,提出'智能教育'的发展目标。因而,人工智能战略的制定对职业教育的发展起到了结构性变革的作用,具体体现在教学思维、教学内容、教学模式、人才培养和专业建设等方面。直面变革对职教教师能力的挑战及在新的时代背景下带来的发展机遇。通过变革职教教师教学能力的发展观念、构建适应人工智能时代职教教师教学能力发展机制、更新适应人工智能时代职教教师教学能力发展的内容体系、确立人工智能时代教师教学能力发展,实现新时代下职教教师教学能力创新路径的形成。 Currently,many countries in the world have occupied the strategic high ground in the form of artificial intelligence development policy documents promulgated.China promulgated New Generation of Artificial Intelligence Development Plan in2017,and proposed'smart education'development goals.Thus,the development of artificial intelligence strategy for the development of vocational education has played a role in the structural change,embodied in the teaching thinking,teaching content,teaching mode,personnel training and professional building.With the challenges of changing the ability of vocational teachers and opportunities in the new era,through the concept of development and reform of teaching ability of teachers in vocational schools,artificial intelligence is to be developed to adapt to the era of vocational teachers’teaching ability,to update the contents of the system and to adapt to the era of artificial intelligence,so as to achieve new formation of the innovative path of teaching ability of vocational teachers in the era.
