澳大利亚职业核心能力框架的作用与比较研究

摘要 澳大利亚的职业核心能力框架对职业教育与培训有重要指导作用。一方面,表现为通过分析个体从接触、参与、发展、熟练直至融入职业生活的各个发展历程的特征,促进个体的职业生活;另一方面,指导注册培训机构课程标准的设计。与我国相比,相同点在于职业核心能力框架内容的关注点相似,均将框架运用到教育与培训中。不同之处在于框架制定主体广泛性不同、能力指标的具体程度不同、能力框架的丰富程度不同、职业核心能力的实际转化效果不同。 Australia’s Core Skills for Work Developmental Framework has an important guiding role in vocational education and development.On the one hand,it promotes the professional life of the individual by analyzing the characteristics of individual development processes from contact,participation,development,to proficiency professional life.On the other hand,it guides the design of the curriculum standards for registered training institutions.Compared with China,there are many similarities and differences.The similarities lies in the resemblance of the content of the core skills for work developmental framework and the application of the framework to education and training.The differences lies in the fact that the scope of the framework is different,the specific degree of the capability indicators is different,the richness of the skill framework is different,and the actual transformation effect of the professional core skills for work is different.
