榆树市天然林现状及保护措施

The natural forest current situation and protection measure of Yushu city

通过对榆树市天然林资源现状的分析,结果表明:该县域天然林面积仅为6 142 hm2,活立木总蓄积49.6万m3,呈面积较小的小群落零散分布状态。林分时常受非法开垦、经济开发占用、非法盗伐、农药漂移致害影响而面积缩小,且零散分布,群落结构不稳定,易遭受灾害。针对天然林资源现状,提出增强全社会保护天然林的意识、加大林业执法力度,增强对病虫害、火灾等灾害的防控能力,对天然林实施全封育管理与培育人天混林分等保护措施。

The natural forest resource current situation of Yushu city was analyzed. The result showed that the natural forest area of this county territory was only 6 142 hm2. The accumulation of standing tree was 496 000 m3. It presented small society scattered distribution with small area. The stand area reduced because of illegal reclaiming,economic development occupation,unlawful felling tree,pesticide drift. It was scattered distribution. The community structure was unstable and it was easy to suffer disaster. The protection measure of strengthening the conscious of protecting natural forest,increasing forestry law enforcement efforts,strengthening prevention and control of pests and fire,natural forest full control management and cultivating artificial and natural forest stand were raised aiming at natural forest resource current situation.
