摘要
利用“英粒子”和“铁岭黄”两个遗传异质性较大的品种作测验种,测定了93份玉米自交系种质的配合力,以此把自交系种质分成两个群团,选择其中配合力高、性状优良材料与英粒子选系和铁岭黄选系,分别组成吉综A和吉综B,扩大了两群团间群体的遗传差异。从这两个群体中选育的优良系组配的A×B群间杂交种“A群368×B群717”、“A群180×B群自330”等产量突出,比对照种吉单101分别增产13.6和10.8%,取得良好选育效果。
Two testers ("Ying Li Zi" and "Tie Ling Huang" ) with larger genetic diversity were used to evaluate the combining abilities of 93 inbred Lines of Maize the entryes inbred lines were grouped under two heads—Jizhong A and Jizhong B from this. The hybrids between the inbred lines developed from the two groups respectively yielded highly over 10% of that of the check variety Ji Dan 101.
