摘要
用本省及各地区粟瘟病菌5个优势小种和2个强毒小种的7个代表菌株,分别对省内480份谷子品种资源材料和36个生产品种,进行了苗期专化抗性鉴定。经两年4次重复试验,明确了供鉴材料对代表菌株的抗谱,并选出抗5个优势小种及1—2个强毒小种代表菌株的18份品种资源材料和5个生产品种。研究结果表明,我省现有的谷子品种资源及生产品种,多数对粟瘟病菌小种抗谱不广。今后还应继续发掘薪的广谱抗源,做到抗源多样化,以延长品种的抗病寿命,不断地培育出后继品种。
The specialized resistance of the seedlings of 480 millet germplasm esources and 36 cultivars were identified separaly with the representa- tive isolates of 5 dominant races and 2 virulent races of millet blast fungus in Jilin province. Through four replicated experiments for two years,the resistant pedigrees to these isolates of the tested materials were definited and 18 germplasm resources and 5 cultivars which resisted to the isolates of 5 dominant races and 1—2 virulent races of millet blast in Jilin Poinc were selected. Results showed the most of millet germplasm resources and cultivars of this province had not a wide resistant pedigree to the races of millet blast fungus.Further (screening)on new resistant resources with a wide resistant pedigree should be conducted.
