摘要
本文用5×5全互交(格里芬方法Ⅰ)资料,分析了高梁穗长、一级枝梗数、穗轴长等3个性状的数量遗传学特征。结果表明,3个性状的遗传符合加性—显性模型。基因分布是不均衡的。机收3A和3092A含有较多的显性基因。
Quantitative inheritance of 5×5 complete diallel Crosses were an- alyzed for three spike traits,panicle length,number of primaries per panicle and fength of panicle axis using the method Ⅰ of Griffing.The results showed that all the three traits were adequate to the additive— dominance model.The distrbution of genes among the parents was not equ- ivalent.The parents,Jishou 3A and 3092A possessed more dominance genes.
