11%精甲霜灵·咯菌腈·嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂防治玉米丝黑穗病试验 被引量:14

Experiment of Controlling Head Smut of Corn with 11% Metalaxyl-M·Fludioxonil·Azoxystrobin FS

摘要 [目的]验证11%精甲霜灵·咯菌腈·嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂对玉米丝黑穗病的防效及对玉米的安全性。[方法]本试验"按GB/T 17980.106-2004农药田间试验准则(二),第106部分:杀菌剂防治玉米丝黑穗病"进行。[结果]11%精甲霜灵·咯菌腈·嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂对玉米丝黑穗病具有较好的防治效果,低剂量、中剂量、高剂量的防治效果分别为73.2%、86.6%、94.8%。此药剂还能够提高玉米出苗率4.1%~11.3%、促进根系发育,提高产量。[结论]11%精甲霜灵·咯菌腈·嘧菌酯悬浮种衣剂防治玉米丝黑穗病用于玉米种子播前拌种包衣,适宜剂量为300 mL(制剂用量)/100 kg种子,上一年玉米丝黑穗病发病重的地块或玉米种子高感丝黑穗病的品种可提高用量,为400 mL(制剂用量)/100 kg种子。 Aims of this experiment were analyzing the control efficiency and safety of 11% metalaxyl-M,fludioxonil and azoxystrobin FS to head smut of corn. This experiment was carried out according to Guidelines for the Field Efficacy Trials of Pesticides(Ⅱ) Part 106: Fungicides against Head Smut of Corn. Results showed that it has well efficiency on controlling head smut of corn. The effect of low dose, media dose and high dose was 73.2%, 86.6% and 94.8%. The germination rate of corn increased by 4.1%~11.3%, and its root development was promoted also, so corn yield increased. 11% metalaxyl-M, fludioxonil and azoxystrobin FS should be mixed with corn seeds before sowing, and its application dose was 300 mL with 100 Kg seeds. It should be 400 mL with 100 kg seeds when the head smut was serious in field last year or the variety was susceptible to the disease.
