摘要
为了筛选出鲜鸡粪堆肥发酵适宜的菌剂,试验选择3种菌剂和空白对照,共四组进行了堆肥发酵试验,测定了发酵前期水分、氨气和硫化氢含量及温度变化的情况。结果表明:添加菌剂C,温度变化较其它三组极显著升高(P<0.01);四组含水率经历了上升、下降、再上升、再下降等阶段,含水率的变化趋势基本一致。处理3含水率差异显著低于对照组(P<0.05);四个处理氨气和H2S的含量呈现逐渐降低的趋势,添加菌剂处理较对照有降低的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究结果显示,菌剂C适宜推广应用。
In order to screen out the suitable bacteria for fresh chicken manure compost fermentation,three bacteria and blank control were selected.A total of four groups were arranged and the water content,ammonia gas,hydrogen sulfide content and temperature changes in the pre-fermentation period detected.Research results showed that the temperature change in treatment adding fermentation agent C was significantly higher than that of the other three groups(P<0.01).The water content of the four groups changed the same way,i.e.,rising,falling,rising and falling again.The water content in treatment 3 was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The content of ammonia and H2 S in the four treatments showed a gradually decreasing trend,and they decreased in treatment with bacteria compared with the control,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The results showed that the Agent C is suitable for extension and application.
