摘要
鹅属于卵生动物,在适宜环境的条件下,卵巢上的卵泡可持续发育、成熟、排卵,发育到性成熟的时候受精。ERK信号通路中myc和srf基因在鹅等级前卵泡发育中起着一定的作用。以籽鹅为试验动物,围绕鹅等级前卵泡发育调控机制展开研究。利用qRT-PCR方法检测在鹅等级前卵泡的ERK通路中myc和srf基因mRNA表达情况。结果表明:在籽鹅的各个等级卵泡中目的基因均有表达,且在不同等级卵泡中不同目的基因的表达情况不同。表明ERK信号通路相关基因可能在鹅的卵泡闭锁现象中发挥一定的作用。
Goose belongs to oviparous animals.Under suitable environmental conditions,follicles on the ovary can develop,mature,and ovulate.When fertilized to sexual maturity,myc and srf genes in the ERK signaling pathway play a role in the development of prehierarchical follicles of goose.In this experiment,the seed geese were used as experimental animals,and the regulation mechanism of prehierarchical follicle development was studied.qRT-PCR was used to detect mRNA expression of myc and srf genes in the ERK pathway of goose prehierarchical follicles.The results showed that the target genes were expressed in the follicles of all grades of the geese,and the expression of different target genes was different in different grades of follicles.It can be concluded that the genes involved in the ERK signaling pathway may play a role in the follicular atresia of geese.
