摘要
目的 :为了扩大药用资源 ,研究朝鲜丁香叶SyringadiatataNakai中的化学成分。方法 :用溶剂提取、色谱法分离丁香叶中的化学成分 ,并用理化常数和波谱法鉴定其结构。结果 :从朝鲜丁香叶中分离出 6个化合物 ,根据理化性质和波谱法鉴定其结构分别为酪醇 (Ⅰ )、3 -甲基 4-羟基苯丙酸 (Ⅱ )、3 ,4-二羟基苯乙醇 (Ⅲ ) ,3 ,4-二羟基苯甲酸 (Ⅳ )、丁香苦苷A(Ⅴ )、甘露醇 (Ⅵ )等成分。结论 :上述化合物均为首次从该植物中获得 ,其中 3 -甲基
Objective:To enlarge the resources of the traditional medicines and study the chemical constiyuents of the leaves of Syringa diatata Nakai. Methods:Column chromatography was used to separate the chemical constituents whose structures were elucidated by EI-MS,NMR and chemical methods. Results:Six compounds were isolated from the leaves of Syringa diatata Nakai. The structures were identifed as tyrosol(Ⅰ),3-methy14-hydroxypheylpropanoid(Ⅱ),3,4-dihydroxyphenothyl(Ⅲ),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(Ⅳ),Syringopicroside A(Ⅴ)and D-Mannitol(Ⅵ). Conclusion:All of these compounds were separated for the first time from this plant and compound Ⅱ from the genus Syringa.
