摘要
目的 :研究加味大柴胡汤保护阻塞性黄疸大鼠的肝功能、抑制脂质过氧化损伤及缓解内毒素血症的作用。方法 :制作急性阻塞性黄疸大鼠模型 ,分为 7,14及 2 1d三个时段 ,每个时段分为 3组 ,即 :( 1)假手术组 (SO组 ) ;( 2 )胆总管结扎 +生理盐水组(BDL +NS组 ) ;( 3 )胆总管结扎 +大柴胡汤 (BDL +中药组 )。在各时相点 ,剖杀大鼠取肝组织及门静脉血 ,作病理检查 ;检测肝组织丙二醛 (MDA)和门静脉内毒素的含量。结果 :(1)胆管结扎 7、14、2 1d ,BDL +中药组肝组织MDA含量显著高于SO组(P <0 .0 1) ,但低于BDL +NS组 (P <0 .0 1) ;(2 )胆管结扎 7、14、2 1d后 ,门静脉血浆内毒素BDL +NS组明显高于其它组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :大柴胡汤在提高机体抗病的能力。
Objective:To investigate the effect of modified major bupleurum decoction on liver function,lipid peroxidation and endotoxemia in rats with obstructive jaundice.Methods:Ninety SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:sham operation(SO)group( n =30),common bile duct ligation plus normal saline (BDL+NS)group( n =30),and common bile duct ligation plus major bupleurum decoction(BDL+MBD)group( n =30);acute obstructive jaundice models were established in the latter two groups.The rats were sacrificed on days 7,14 and 21,and the contents of MDA and endotoxin were determined.Results:MDA level in BDL+MBD group was higher than that in SO group( P< 0.01)and lower than that in BDL+NS group( P< 0.01)at 3 time points.Endotoxin concentrations of portal vein in BDL+NS group were superior to those in the other two groups ( P< 0.01)at each time point.Conclusion:Modified major bupleurum decoction could have the protection of liver function and alleviation of endotoxemia.
