摘要
Libraries in China are in the key phase of strategic transition.The transition is characterized by digital resource exploration,local and remote services integration,library services and resources integration,library and community integration,library authority service and consortium cooperation,etc.Managing intellectual property rights has become one of the key issues in the strategic transformation of libraries.Based on a survey,this article discusses the strategic needs,key issues and path of intellectual property management for libraries under transition,and suggests the promotion of library strategic transition in China through intellectual property right management.
