Public Library Service Specifications officially issued In January 2012,the Public Library Service Specifications(GB/T 28220-2011)was approved and issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine(AQSIQ)and the Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China(SAC).It will take eifect on May 1,2012.The Public Library Service Specifications was put forward by the Ministry of Culture.
