郑店节制闸除险加固工程设计及结构计算 被引量:6

摘要 针对郑店节制闸淤积严重、闸孔净宽偏小泄洪能力不足、闸墩混凝土碳化漏筋稳定性差、闸门止水损坏漏水严重等导致运行安全可靠性低、蓄水灌溉供水可靠性差和防洪排涝不畅等问题。结合海河流域防洪规划标准和水闸安全复核成果,对郑店节制闸闸型选择、构建物布置、泄洪能力及应力稳定性进行了详细论证分析。结果表明:优选的原闸址提升闸加固方案,在地形地质适应性、施工便捷性、工程投资经济性和运行管理灵活性等方面均较优。重建工程实施后,可有效改善节制闸的挡蓄水、防洪排涝和引水灌溉等方面的功能。 The problems such as serious siltation,inadequate discharge capacity of gate with small net width,poor stability by pier concrete carbonization and tendon-leakage,serious leakage by water sealing up damaging and dismissing which will cause low operation safety and reliability,poor reliability of water supply and unsmooth flood control and drainage has been introduced.Combining with the flood control standard of Haihe river basin and safety review results,the type of sluice,layout of structure,flood discharge capacity and structural stability have been detail demonstrated and analyzed.The results show that the optimized scheme of rebuilding lifting sluice at original gate site has better characteristics for topographic and geological adaptability,construction convenience,and project investment economy and operation management.After the implementation of reconstruction project,the functions of retaining and storing water,flood control and drainage,water-saving irrigation and other aspects of the sluice can be effectively improved.
