基于生态学模型的上海大学生休闲体育行为及特征分析

Analysis of the Characteristics of Leisure Sport Behavior of University Students in Shanghai Based on Ecological Mode

结合调查法、实验法及定量和定性相结合的方式,从健康行为生态学模式的角度对调查对象进行主客观评价,结合休闲体育参与者的个体数据与国家体育锻炼标准及相关标准进行对比,解释了环境与个体的体育行为间的交互作用,客观的把握了影响大学生参与休闲体育的相关因素,以期通过生理因素、心理因素、自然生态因素、社会因素及环境因素等多因素干预大学生休闲体育行为的养成。

Combining with the investigation method,experimental method and the combination of quantitative and qualitative method,from the perspective of health behavior ecology model of subjective and objective evaluation on the research object,combined with leisure sports participants' individual data compared with the national physical training standards and the related standard,explains the sports behavior of the environment and the individual,the interaction between objective mastered the relevant factors that affect college students' participating in leisure sports,in order to by physiological factors,psychological factors,natural ecological factors,social factors and environmental factors such as the nurturance of multifactor intervention in college students' leisure sports behavior.
