基于共生理论的中日韩青少年运动会可持续发展研究

Research on the Sustainable Development of the Teenagers' Sports Meeting Between China,Japan and Korea on the Basis of Symbiosis Theory

通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法,研究中日韩青少年运动会赛事系统的共生单元、关系、环境与模式,以促进其可持续发展。通过探讨赛事系统中赛事单元和国家青少年体育人才、承办城市、媒体及赞助商各共生单元之间的共生关系及共生环境,总结出中日韩运动会赛事系统共生单元之间相互合作互惠互利的共生模式。研究建议:国家和地方政策支持,紧抓赛事核心单元,优化共生环境,建立赛事系统共生单元之间相互合作互惠互利共生模式,促使中日韩青少年运动会在未来向更加良好的方向持续发展。

Using literature research and logic analysis method,this paper is to promote the sustainable development of Teenagers' Sports Meeting between China,Japan and Korea by researching its symbiotic units,relations,environments and mode. This paper analyzed the symbiosis fundamental elements about this meeting system,discussed symbiotic relationships and symbiotic environment between competition and the national youth sports talents,host city,the media and sponsors,and concluded a symbiosis model of negotiation-cooperation and mutual benefits in the Teenagers' Sports Meeting Match System Module between China,Japan and Korea. Studies suggest that national and local government should promote the sustainable development of Teenagers' Sports Meeting between China,Japan and Korea by offering policy supports,optimizing the symbiotic environment,clinging to competition as core unit and setting up a symbiosis model of negotiation-cooperation and mutual benefits.
