摘要
全面了解吉林省公务员的体质特点和规律,建立我省公务员体质健康管理平台,制定健康促进计划。方法:以吉林省内4825名20~59岁公务员为研究对象,其中男性2936名,女性1889名,对研究对象进行身体形态、身体机能和身体素质指标测试。结果:男性公务员总体体质达标率为89.6%,女性公务员总体体质达标率为96.4%,达标率、优秀率及优良率女性均明显高于男性,差别均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:吉林省男女性公务员各年龄组的体质达标率随年龄的增长呈逐渐上升的趋势,女性公务员的整体体质健康水平优于男性。
To fully understand the physical characteristics and laws of the province of civil servants, the province established the civil service management platform for physical health, develop health promotion programs. Methods:Jilin province 4825 20 to 59-year-old civil servant for the study, male 2936, female 1889, the study object body shape, body function and physical indica-tors test. Results:The male civil servants the overall compliance rate was 89. 6% physique, female civil servants the overall com-pliance rate was 96. 4% physique, compliance rate, the rate of excellent and good rate of females were significantly higher than men, the difference was statistically significant (p <0. 05). Conclusion: The men and women of the Civil Constitution of Jilin compliance rate in each age group increased with age was gradually rising trend, the overall physical health of female civil servants than men.
