高校篮球教练员工作积极性影响因素研究——以广东省为例

Researches on Factors for Working Enthusiasm of Basketball Coaches in the Colleges and Universities——An Example of Guangdong Province

运用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,以广东省为例,对高校篮球教练员工作积极性的影响因素进行研究分析。结果表明:由于受到各方面因素影响,高校篮球教练员整体工作积极性不高,主要影响因素依次是领导重视、薪酬待遇、工作成就感、工作压力、工作考评、激励机制、工作条件、业务水平、敬业精神、职业发展。依据调查结果,提出相应的对策,以期为提高高校篮球教练员的工作积极性提供帮助。

Using the methods of questionnaire investigation, interview method, taking Guangdong province as an example, the arti-cle analyses the influence factors of the college basketball coaches' work enthusiasm. Results show that college basketball coaches overall work enthusiasm is not high, and the main factors influencing of coaches work enthusiasm, in turn, is leader's attention salary, job satisfaction, job stress, job evaluation, incentive system, working conditions, the professional skill, professional de-clication, career development.
