对抗战时期中华全国体育协进会的体育文化进行归纳和分析,研究认为抗战时期中华全国体育协进会积极发展国民体育,形成富有时代特色的体育文化:以抗战建国为工作方针,彰显浓厚的爱国主义精神和鲜明的民族主义情绪;传播体育,启蒙大众,蕴含丰富的体育启蒙精神;中西体育并行发展、相互融合,呈现出兼容并包、多元发展的态势;联络友谊,敦睦邦交,凸显浓厚的体育公共外交色彩;举办慈善体育比赛,参与社会公益活动,具有鲜明的公益性和慈善情怀。

The research shows that they had developed National sport and moving forward painfully forming a sports culture that rich in time characteristic. Patriotism and nationalism are showed through the anti Japanese policy. Enlightenment Spirit are hided in the spreading of sport and educating of people. The Parallel development and integration of Chinese and Western sports present a inclusive,diversified development trend. The sprit of public diplomacy sports are showed by their diplomacy actions. The sprit of public welfare and charity are showed through holding Charitable activities of sports and attending volunteer events.
