篮球竞技双方攻守能力评价实证研究——以2015-2016赛季CBA总决赛为例

An Empirical Study on the Evaluation of Offensive and Defensive Ability in Basketball Competition——Taking the CBA Finals in 2015-2016 Season as an Example

以2015-2016赛季CBA总决赛双方攻防技术能力为研究对象,采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法、模型构建等方法,构建了篮球进攻技术能力得分模型与防守技术能力得分模型。评价结果为:辽宁队第一场进攻能力、防守能力强于四川队,攻守综合能力因子得分呈非常显著性差异(p<0.01),后四场攻守综合能力辽宁队不及四川队,并且第二场、第四场、第五场因子得分呈非常显著性差异(p<0.01);在五场比赛中,辽宁队第一场表现为"攻强守弱",第二场表现为"攻弱守强",其余三场均表现出"攻弱守弱"的竞技特征。提出加强干扰性投篮训练、增强体能训练、提升攻防强度能力、注重整体配合、教练要学会掌握篮球技术分析方法的建议,以此促进"攻守平衡"的技术能力。

As the research object Taking the offensive and defensive skills of basketball competition in CBA finals of the 2015-2016 season and use the methods of documentary,video observation,mathematical statistics and model building,the scoring model of Basketball Offensive skill ability and defensive skill score model was built. The results of evaluation: the Liaoning team,attack ability,defensive ability were stronger than to the Sichuan team,and the offensive and defensive ability factor scores showed the very significant difference( P < 0. 01) in the first game; the offensive and defensive ability of Liaoning team was weaker than the Sichuan in the following four games,and in the second、fourth and fifth games factor showed a very significant difference( P <0. 01); in the fifth game,the Liaoning team performance was characterized by ' defending the weak and strong attack' in the first game,in the second ' defending the weak and strong',and in the rest of the three games attacking the weak,defending the weak.The study put forward suggestions: the interference of shooting training,enhancing physical training,enhancing the strength of the offensive and defensive ability,paying attention to the overall coordination,coaches learning to master basketball technical analysis methods,so as to promote the balance of offensive and defensive technical ability.
