通过对高科技泳衣兴起与衰落过程及缘由的解析,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法并结合新闻报道等方式进行分析比较,用客观、发展的眼光探讨了高科技泳衣的兴衰对竞技游泳运动的影响。研究表明:反对高科技泳衣的人认为出于公平的角度,我们不该让外界环境对比赛结果的影响超过运动员自身的努力。支持高科技泳衣的人认为没有独立的研究支持高科技泳衣就是帮助运动员取得优异成绩、打破记录的主要幕后推手,况且仅仅靠泳衣不可能取得优异成绩,更倚重的还是平时的刻苦训练;此外,高科技泳衣的设计就是最大化地减小各运动员在水中因自身条件的差异而产生的不同阻力,所以一味地将矛头指向高科技泳衣有些过分。高科技泳衣的发展主要归功于科学技术,新材料和现代设计的创新;"后高科技泳衣时代",不管国际泳联怎么修改规则,各大泳衣制造厂商是不会轻易丢弃眼前这块对他们来说意味着巨大利益和广阔市场的大蛋糕。最后,高科技泳衣的禁用导致后来者在成绩上很难超越之前穿高科技泳衣运动员所创造的记录。

Impact of high- tech swimsuits greatly contributes to the development of technology,new materials and modern design of sports equipment. Most swimsuits manufacturers will not give up the research of new kinds of high- tech swimsuits which means a vast market to them no matter how the FINA modifies rules after the prohibition of high- tech swimsuits. At last,the prohibition directly makes the modern swimmers difficult to break the world swimming records that are set by the swimmers in high- tech swimsuits.
