摘要
以东北大学排球公共课本科生为实验对象,采用问卷调查法、多元方差分析等方法对传统教学法和支架式教学法对大学生主观锻炼体验进行了统计分析与讨论。结论:经过10周的不同教学,支架式教学法对学生的积极幸福感、心理烦恼影响显著优于传统教学方法;在疲劳方面,两种教学方式并没有显著性的差异。本文的主要研究意义在于在以后的排球教学中,可以采用支架式教学法来提高学生的主观锻炼体验。
Taking the undergraduate students of Northeastern University volleyball courses as the experimental object,using the method of questionnaire survey and multivariate analysis of variance method,the traditional teaching method and Scaffolding Teaching Method on college students subjective exercise experience were analyzed and discussed. Conclusion: after 10 weeks of different teaching,Scaffolding Teaching Method on students' sense of happiness,positive psychological have a better effect than the traditional teaching method; in terms of fatigue,differences between the two kinds of teaching methods are not significant. The main significance of this paper is to improve students' subjective exercise experience in the teaching of Volleyball in the future.
