我国普通高校体育俱乐部教学模式的困境分析与优化研究

Dilemma Analysis and Optimization Study of the Sports Clubs Teaching Mode in China Colleges and Universities

以我国高校体育俱乐部教学模式为研究对象,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对我国普通高校体育俱乐部教学模式面临的困境进行了分析,并提出了相应的优化对策。研究认为,目前我国普通高校体育俱乐部教学模式存在着资源约束、学生水平差异、被动教学、覆盖面狭窄、低水平重复等问题,需要进行模式优化和进一步改革。通过突出目标管理、进行目标分层、教学内容递进分级、延长开课年级、优化俱乐部设计、实行目标考核、以赛代考、团队教学等技术手段,可以有效提升俱乐部教学模式的效果。

Using the method of literature and logical analysis,the university sports club teaching mode in China,as the research object,was analyzed,including the dilemma which faced,and the corresponding optimization countermeasures. The research showed that the current college sports club teaching mode existed the problems such as resource constraints,differences in the students' level,passive teaching,narrow coverage,low level repetition,etc. It need for further reform and optimization model.Through technical means of target management,hierarchical aims,teaching content classification,extend P. E. grade,optimization design,objective assessment,match substitution test,team teaching,may effectively enhance the effect of club teaching mode.
