摘要
研究大学生运动员与普通专业大学生心率变异性各指标对运动的适应性变化,探讨不同锻炼水平间的差异。方法:对受试者进行5min时长的安静状态下心率变异性测量。结论:不同锻炼水平可以使大学生心脏自主神经系统的功能发生适应性变化,增加总体心率变异性的大小,提高心交感神经和副交感神经的活性,使交感-副交感神经均衡性向副交感神经张力增强方向发展。
The study on the changes of heart rate variability among athletes and ordinary students to explore the difference between different exercise levels. Measurement of heart rate variability in subjects with 5min in a long quiet state. Conclusion: It could be of benefit to autonomic nervous system function of heart,which did exercise on different levels,and it could increase the number of heart rate variability and improve the cardiac sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve activity,sympathetic-parasympathetic nerve balance to parasympathetic strong direction.
