The System Construction of Rural Sports Policy Evaluation Under the Background of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

运用文献资料法,在多元主义理论、系统论理论模型的基础上对我国农村体育政策评估体系进行建构研究,研究结果有:评估主体建构以混合评估主体为佳、评估标准建构以综合评估标准为佳、评估目标建构以多元评估目标为佳、评估方法建构混合评估方法为佳。

Using the literature method,this essay based on the theoretical model of system theory with pluralism theory to constitute the system of rural sports policy evaluation of China. The results of the study including the construction of evaluation subject is better to mix evaluation subject,the construction of evaluation criteria is better to comprehensive evaluation criteria,the construction of evaluation objective is better to multivariate evaluation target,the construction of evaluation methods is batter to hybrid assessment method.
