摘要
本文旨在研究青少年的摄氧量(6)VO_2)与心率(HR)相关指标在递增负荷运动时的相关关系。方法 20名11~12岁健康男生进行一次递增负荷跑台运动,采用气体代谢分析仪和polar表实时采集运动中6)VO_2和心率。采用线性回归、Pearson相关分析等对数据进行处理。结果 1)11~12岁青少年安静心率(HRrest)、最大HR(HR_(max))与安静6)VO_2(6)VO_2rest)、最大6)VO_2(6)VO_(2max))之间不存在显著相关关系(p>0.05);2)%6)VO_(2max)与%HR_(max)和%HRR、%6)VO_2R与%HR_(max)和%HRR之间存在显著线性相关(p>0.01);3)根据回归方程,11~12岁青少年50%~85%6)VO_(2max)相当于71%~93%HR_(max)或49%~88%HRR;50%~85%6)VO_2R相当于76%~95%HR_(max)或59%~93%HRR。结论 1)11~12岁青少年在递增负荷运动中HR与6)VO_2及相关指标间具有显著线性相关关系,提示HR可代替6)VO_2来评价运动强度。2)11~12岁青少年在运动时%HRR相对于%HR_(max)可能更接近%6)VO_(2max)。
The purpose of the present study is to examine the relationship between oxygen uptake(6)VO_2) and heart rate(HR),and index of correlation of adolescents during graded exercise. Methods: 20 healthy boys aged from 11 to 12 years were used to a graded treadmill exercise,and real-time data acquisition and heart rate were collected by gas-metabolism analyzer and polar team2. The data were processed by linear regression and Pearson correlation analysis. Results: 1) 11 to 12 years old adolescents rest heart rate(HRrest),_(max)imum HR(HR_(max)) and VO_2 rest,VO_(2max)has no significant correlation(P > 0. 05); 2) % VO_(2max) versus % HR_(max) and % HRR,% VO_2 R versus % HR_(max) and % HRR were significantly t linear correlation(p > 0. 01); 3) according to the regression equation,50% ~85% VO_(2max)was equivalent to 71% ~93% HR_(max)or 49% ~88% HRR; 50% ~85% VO_2 R equivalent to 76% ~95% HR_(max)or 59% ~93% HRR in adolescents. Conclusion: 1) The current study found that HR was highly correlated with VO_2 during treadmill exercise of 11 ~ 12 years old adolescents,which suggests that HR can be used to evaluate the intensity of exercise. 2) % HRR was closer to % VO_(2max)rather than % HR_(max)in exercise of adolescents.
