基于道德建设视角的我国竞技体育竞争力提升研究

道德不仅是约束和引导人们行为的利器,而且还是竞技体育竞争力的孵化器和助推器。道德能够保障体育生态的健康发展,能够使体育系统形成强大的凝聚力,能够提高体育人才的综合能力与水平,能够使竞技体育获得广泛的社会支持,从而极大地推动了竞技体育竞争力的提升。道德缺失,不仅难以保障和支持竞技体育竞争力的提升,而且还会导致竞技体育竞争力难以形成。要想提升竞技体育竞争力,加强道德建设势在必行。为此,我们应坚持以人为本,加强人文关怀;建立科学合理的管理机制,确保公平、公正;建立利益整合机制,规范各方利益;使体育生态风清气正,让敬业、团结、诚信成为主旋律,才能够将道德转化为竞争力,进而持续推动竞技体育竞争力的提升。

Morality is not only the constraints and guide the behavior of people,but also the incubator and booster of sports competitiveness. Moral can guarantee the healthy development of sports ecology,can make the sports system to form a powerful cohesion,improve the comprehensive ability and level of sports talents,can acquire a wide range of social support,so as really promote the sports of competitiveness. Lack of moral,not only difficult to guarantee and support the ascent of the sports competition,but also causes a sports competition is difficult to form. If you want to promote the competitiveness of the sports,it is imperative to strengthen moral construction. To this end,we should adhere to the people-oriented,strengthening humanistic care; to establish a scientific and reasonable management mechanism,ensure fairness and justice; set up the mechanism of interests integration,regulate the interests of all parties; make fresh air wind is sports ecology,dedication,unity,integrity,become the main melody,morality can be converted to competitiveness,and then continue to promote the sports of competitiveness.
