摘要
文章以健康中国为背景,以其相关文件精神为指导,通过文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法对提升高校体育教育专业学生的健康素养水平的意义及培养策略进行理论探究,指出:体育教育专业学生不仅是专业技能和健康知识的学习者而且是未来专业技能和健康知识的主要传播者,是我国健康中国建设不可或缺的高等人才,目前高校对其的培养目标比较单一,培养理念相对陈旧,健康素养的培养得不到重视,学生健康水平较低。建议:学校创新人才培养理念;完善培养计划;构建科学完整的健康素养培养体系;培养健康优秀的综合型体育人才是国家建设所需,亦是体育院校(系)发展根基之所在。
under the background of healthy of China,documentation,interviews and logical analysis methods are used to improve the health literacy of physical education major's sense. Noted that the P. E. majors are not only the professional skills and sound knowledge learners,they are also the future expertise and key deliminators of health knowledge and indispensable for healthy China-building high talents. At present,the training goal and concept for them are relatively simple,old and lack of awareness. Suggest that cultivate comprehensive sports talents excellent health is required for national construction,so we should pay more emphasis on cultivating the innovative talents,improving the training plan and establishing a complete scientific health literacy training system.
