我国优秀运动员教学模式的构建

Teaching Mode Construction of Excellent Athletes in China

优秀运动员文化教育是培养优秀竞技体育人才的重要组成部分,本文运用文献资料、基础实践等方法,对传统的教学模式无法适应国家对竞技体育人才培养要求等诸多问题进行研究,研究表明,改革现有的优秀运动员文化教学体系,构建"以人为本"的课程体系,实施"多元化"的教学方式,建立"多元化"的考核机制,是进一步提升我国优秀运动员文化教育质量的必然选择。

Culture education of outstanding athlete is an important part of cultivating excellent talents of competitive sports. The paper is to do the research on the problems of teaching mode that cannot adapt to the training requirements of competitive sports in our country by the methods of literature,basic practice and other methods. It shows that the reform of the existing cultural teaching system of outstanding athletes,the construction of "People-oriented"course system,the implementation of "Diversification"ways of teaching,and the establishment of"Diversification"examination system are the inevitable choices to further improve quality of education of excellent athletes in China.
