摘要
本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及层次分析法等研究方法,对中小学体育教师的教学能力内涵进行研究,最终构建出了中小学体育教师教学能力评价指标体系。研究结果显示:中小学体育教师教学能力评价指标包括教书育人能力在内的6个一级指标,以及34个二级指标。运用层次分析法对中小学体育教师教学能力进行计算,从而确立了各级指标的权重,为评价中小学体育教师的教学能力提供参考。
This article used the literature material method,Expert interview method,Questionnaire survey method,Mathematical statistics and research methods such as analytic hierarchy process to the primary and secondary school physical education teachers teaching ability connotation,Finally built up the evaluation index system of primary and secondary school physical education teachers teaching ability. The results showed that the teaching ability evaluation index of primary and middle school physical education teachers included 6 primary indicators,Including teaching ability,And 34 secondary indexes. By used analytic hierarchy process,The teaching ability of PE teachers in primary and middle schools was calculated and the weight of indicators was established,Which could be used as reference for evaluating the teaching ability of PE teachers in primary and middle schools.
