摘要
目的建立一种测定阿齐霉素含量方法。方法采用高压液相色谱法检测,ODS—3柱,PH4.0的磷酸二氢钾—乙腈(70:30)为流动相,检测波长210nm。结果在160~2000μg/ml范围内,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),阿齐霉素的平均回收率为99.8%,精密度 RSD为0.9%(n=6)。结论此方法简便、快速、准确,可作为测定阿齐霉素含量方法。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of azithromycin.Method:A HPLC has been established on ODS—3column,with 0.067mol/L monobasic potassium phosphate —acetonitrile pH 4.0(70:30)as mobile phase,and UV detection at 210nm.Result:The linear correlation was observed within the range of 160~2000μg/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery of azithromycin was 99.8%(n=4),the RSD was 0.9%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate also as determination method of azithromycin.
