风痛灵口服液含量测定方法探讨

目的:对风痛灵口服液的有效成分进行采用荧光反射法扫描,对其主要成分进行定量分析,结果测定样品含量为41.53μg/ml,回收率为100.5%,线性关系良好。结论:该方法简便,易行,可作为该制剂的质控方法之一。

Objective:Test the available element of Fengtongling liquid,set up scientific method to test the content.This article take fluorescence reflect method scan,get Feng tongling's main element to do quantitative analysis.Result:We test the sample content is 41.57 g/ml,rate of recovery is 100.5%,linear relationship is good.Conclusion:This method is sample and easy to do.And can be one of the method to prove the quality of this medicine.
