摘要
Objective:To develop an assay for the content of ephedrine. Methods:HPLC.The check wavelenth is 214nm, the flowage liquid is 0.01mol/L KH2PO4(measure with PH=2.5 H3PO4) and water-methanol liquor (70:30), and the C18 chromatogram columniation is used. Conclusion: This is a simple shortcut accurate method which can be used for determine the content of ephedrine.
