公路断面探伤及结构层厚度探地雷达的量值溯源 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前交通运输行业内广泛应用的公路断面探伤及结构层厚度探地雷达(简称探地雷达)量值溯源问题,通过深入分析探地雷达的使用和计量现状,确定了计量参数,研制了以亚克力为材料的厚度试样组,以激光跟踪仪为主标准器并辅以高度调节机构的校准装置。对校准装置进行了不确定度评定,并开展了对典型探地雷达的实例验证。通过建立"国家长度基准—探地雷达检定装置—探地雷达"的溯源链,能够满足对探地雷达校准/检定的要求。 Ground penetrating radar( GPR) is widely used in traffic transport industry. In order to solve the traceability of GPR,the metrological parameter was determined and the calibration equipment was developed through deep analysis of the use and present metrology situation of GPR. The material of thickness sample group was acrylic and the primary standard was laser tracker. The height of the radar antenna can be adjusted. The measurement uncertainty of the calibration equipment was analyzed. Through the test of the typical GPR,the performance of the calibration equipment was tested. The traceability chain of"national length standard—GPR calibration equipment—GPR"was established,and it can meet the calibration/verification requirements of GPR.
