摘要
阐述了数字图像相关测量方法的基本原理和特点,介绍了其相关测量方法在航天器结构微变形领域的应用。设计了一种基于数字图像相关测量原理的结构微变形测量方法,通过测量对某相机安装平台相对形变和某载荷适配结构热稳定性的两个试验,验证了该测量方法的可行性与正确性,其测量精度可达到5μm。该方法在航天器大尺寸结构微变形测量中得到了较好地应用。
Deformation measurement of spacecraft structures has an urgent need. The basic principle and characteristics of digital image correlation measurement method is described,and its application in spacecraft structure micro-deformation field is introduced. A micro-deformation correlation method based on digital image correlation measurement is designed. Two typical experiments,the measurement of a camera installation platform and the measurement of the thermal stability of a load adaptation structure,shown that the measurement method is correct and feasible.Measurement accuracy can be 5μm and could meet the needs. The method has been applied to the measurement of large deformation of spacecraft.
