摘要
基于国际上各先进计量院关于显微维氏硬度不确定度评定方法,研究并提出一套评定方法,包括直接评定方法和间接评定方法,给出了相关的影响量、分布类型和不确定度计算方法。新方法使得显微硬度机的扩展不确定度变大,但指标更合理,在国际上更可接受且具备可比性。
Based on the study of method used by the international advanced metrology institutes,a method for uncertainty estimation of micro-Vickers hardness measurement is proposed,including direct estimation method and indirect estimation method. The relevant quantity,distribution type and uncertainty calculation method are also given. The new method makes the expanded uncertainty of micro-Vickers hardness measurement larger,but more reasonable,acceptable and comparable in the world.
