摘要
独立加码结构的静重式力标准机在检测过程中经常会出现交换砝码的现象。传统结构无法解决因砝码交换而导致的逆行程问题,即在进程试验中包含了回程,或在回程试验中包含了进程的问题。通过对砝码的支承机构、加载机构等进行结构上的创新性改进提出解决方案,基本解决了在砝码加卸载过程中的逆行程问题。通过力值传递标准,对力标准机在交换砝码时力值波动度进行了试验检测,当力值从20 k N加载到30 k N的力值时,力值加载曲线为完美的阶梯状加载曲线,在砝码加载过程中力值波动度不超过1%。
The problem of independent overweight phenomenon exist in some deadweight force standard machine during proceed and return process,when the force standard machine has independent weight loading structure. The common structure principle can't change the inherent problem in loading and unloading process,in the proceeding test,which contains returning process, or in the returning test, which contains proceeding process. An innovative technical improvement solution in the weight of the supporting mechanism and the loading mechanism based on classical structured deadweight force standard machine is proposed to solve this problem,Through the force transfer standard,the fluctuation degree of force was tested during the exchange of weights. When the force value is loaded from 20 k N to 30 k N,the force loading curve is the perfect step loading curve,and the fluctuation degree of force is reduced to 1% in loading process.
