The Observation of VSV proliferation in Cef and Its Stability

目的:考察我所扩增 VSV 病毒的方法及稳定性。方法:利用鸡胚细胞扩增 VSV 病毒,于24小时收集冻存在液氮罐中。利用稀释法测定病毒的能力。结果:我所扩增的 VSV 病毒毒力随时间延长而下降扩增8周时毒力基本消失。结论:本方法扩增 VSV 病毒尚需进一步提高和完善。

Objecive:to observe the proliferation and stability of VSV.Methods:After prolif- erating in CEF for 24 hours.VSV was collected and preserved in liquid nitrogen.Its stability is determined by dilution method.Results:The virulence of VSV has died away in eight weeks.Con- clusion:The further study on the method of VSV proliferation and its stability should be done.
