女性排尿功能障碍患者自由尿流率和压力-流率比较

Comparison of free and pressure uroflowmetry in females with voiding dysfunction

目的 :比较女性排尿功能障碍患者自由尿流率和压力 流率测定的结果。方法 :对 50例女性排尿功能障碍患者自由尿流率测定和压力流率测定的各项指标进行比较分析。结果 :发现女性排尿功能障碍患者自由尿流率测定时的最大尿流率、平均尿流率、残余尿量和排尿时间与压力流率测定时相应的指标有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5) ;而排尿量、尿流时间和达最大尿流时间 2者之间的差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :压力流率测定的影响因素很多 ,应改进措施 ,保证其准确性 ,提高其临床诊断价值。

Aim: To compare the results of free and pressure uroflowmetry in female with voiding dysfunction. Methods:Free and pressure uroflowmetry results were analyzed in 50 females with voiding dysfunction. Results: Maximun flow rate, average flow rate, residual urine volume, and voiding time of free uroflowmetry were significantly higher than those of pressure uroflowmetry ( P <0.05) in females with voiding dysfunction. Voiding volume,flow time,and the time to maximum flow rate had no significant difference between them. Conclusion: It is suggested that there are many influencing factors in female pressure flow study, and we should take corresponding measures to improve the quality of uroflowmetry.
