射频热化疗对膀胱癌术后机体细胞免疫功能的影响

Influence of the radiofrequency thermo-chemotherapy on cellular immunity for cases after bladder cancer resection

目的 :探讨膀胱癌术后射频热化疗对机体细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :58例膀胱移行细胞癌术后患者随机分为热化疗组 (n =30 )和化疗组 (n =2 8)。采用红细胞花环直接法及放免法 ,分别检测患者术后 1周及热化疗或单纯化疗后第 2周外周血T淋巴细胞亚群分布、血清白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)含量。 30例健康体检者作为正常对照组。结果 :热化疗组和化疗组患者术后外周血CD3+ 、CD4 + T淋巴细胞数、CD4 + /CD8+ 比值、IL 2含量显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。CD8+ T淋巴细胞数、TNF含量与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义。化疗后第 2周 ,热化疗组CD3+ 、CD4 + T淋巴细胞数 ,血清IL 2含量显著升高 ,与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5) ,与化疗组相比 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。热化疗组TNF含量升高 ,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5)。结论

Aim:To investigate the effects of local bladder radiofrequency thermo chemotherapy on cellular immunity for cases after bladder cancer resection.Methods:A total of 58 cases of bladder cancer after operation were randomly assigned to receive thermo chemotherapy(TCT) and chemotherapy (CT) alone.Thirty normal adults were taken as controls.Serum IL 2,TNF content,and T lymphocyte subgroups of peripheral blood were assayed by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and direct erythrocyted rosette test.The parameters above in 3 groups were measured one week after operation and two weeks after TCT or CT.Results:The results showed that IL 2 content, the percentage of CD 3 +,CD 4 + T cells,and CD 4 +/CD 8 + in TCT and CT groups were significantly depressed ( P <0.01).TNF content had no significant difference between 3 groups ( P >0.05).After treatment IL 2 content,the percentages of CD 3 +,CD 4 + T cells, and CD 4 +/CD 8 + were gradually increased in TCT group and they were significantly higher than those of CT group and had no difference with those of controls ( P <0.01).Conclusion:TCT would be an effective approach to improve cellular immunity in patients with bladder cancer.
